Lead Consultant – QA We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) in IT that ensures software products meet specified requirements and user expectations, focusing on preventing defects and enhancing overall quality. Responsibilities Analyzing and capturing requirements, documenting and relaying those to the Technology team members. Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Minimum Qualifications Proven proficiency in manual testing: creating/executing test scripts, documenting defects, and setting up test data. Extensive experience with functional, regression, and exploratory testing. Expertise in API endpoint testing using tools like Postman or Swagger. Experience testing e‑Commerce applications across multiple platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile). Ability to query databases using SQL. Accustomed to working on Agile delivery teams. Exceptional written and oral communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications / Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Familiarity with Jira for defect management. Good understanding of automated testing frameworks (work experience is a plus). Why join Genpact?
