DPL ME Core Engineer - Queretaro, Mexico. Primary Responsibilities ME Core supports the design leader in the project and has the responsibility to develop and deliver, high quality mechanical product within the specified timeframe and cost. ME Core is also responsible to ensure documentation of 2D and 3D design data and provide technical support in any communication with customer and supplier. Lead and support Mechanical Design Activity Design of mechanical Components Support the review of mechanical requirements for design Provide feasibility study of proposed concept Build mechanical component assumption (MBOM) - Split into architecture and MBOM Support mock up CAD design Support mechanical design work with EE and ECAD and Illumination for cross functional design elements Support the development for manufacturing and assembly sequence assumptions with input from Advanced Manufacturing Support Documentation for Quote Tech Response Support the ED test plan with the input of the mechanic Support a DPL ENG. risk management list with the input of the 3 mechanics Support a DPL ENG. Timeline with the input of the mechanic Support a DPL ENG. Product Dev. Plan document Create Mechanical Design Generate 3D model based on styling data Incorporate change in the model as per input from styling data and ME Create 3D end item assembly, generate 2D drawings, organize 2D and 3D drawings in data storage management (TCUA, Pro-Intralink, Work Request, GBC), Update and release new drawings / drawing modification Performs 2D and 3D data storage in the OEM Team Center as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
