Therefore, we need talented and innovative people who are passionate about what they do.Now we are looking for this position:**Payroll Analyst (Brazil)****Main purpose**The main objective of the function is to support the HR operation for Brazil to validate payroll calculations, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, company policies and employee payroll processes, ensuring 100% correct calculation.**Accountabilities**- Validation of monthly payroll calculations, fortnightly advance, thirteenth salary, termination, additional payments and vacation.- Validation of calculations for private pension.- Validation of monthly collective agreements and their retroactive differences.- Calculations of emergency payments determined by the government - BEM, for the monthly payroll and fortnightly advance.- Payroll recalculations for employees with retroactive leave.- Responsible for the payroll closing process.- Consolidation of all payments that are generated by payroll.- Control and validation of impacts for payroll reopenings.- Generate variance analysis reports and understand differences.- Answer the link tickets regarding calculation doubts.- Document identified errors and work with action plan with areas for corrections.- Preparation of indicators for the validation process.**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Skills / Experience**- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related areas- Desirable functional knowledge for HR processes- 2+ years of experience in preferred payroll processes- 80% fluent in Portuguese (written and verbal skills)- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Word- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
