DescriptionAnalice y controle mediante monitoreo todos los subinventarios activos para materias primas, subensambes y productos terminados, además, mantenga limpias todas las tablas de interfase de SAP, e igual coordine la actividad de conteo de ciclos.- 1. Mantener limpias las tablas de interfases para evitar retrasos en las transacciones de inventario.- 2. Determinar ajustes (discrepancias -/+, MOAS, etc.) con registro eSign documentado.- 3. Analizar diariamente todas las principales discrepancias del subinventario para detectar y corregir posibles errores negativos.- 4. Coordinar toda la actividad de conteo de ciclos para la planta de Nogales que cubre áreas de producción y una mínima parte de Almacén. Mantenga métricas para monitorear el progreso en el conteo de ciclos, así como la precisión del inventario.- 5. Asistir a MRP y finanzas con el problema de pago del proveedor, analizar transacciones de recepción, etc.- 6. Colaborar en la asignacion de numeros sin demanda para procesar recolección y asignar a scrap con aprobación anticipada.- 7. Colaborar con Almacen JIT de envios a cliente con discrepancias detectadas.- 8. Seguimiento de retrabajos del proceso de devolución de productos terminados mediante el monitoreo con otros departamentos." Elaborar reportes de analisis de conteo para discrepancias en producción,especificando claramente el número y la diferencia a recontar y/o ajustar, por la cual el ciclocuento debe apoyar con causa-raíz.- Deben crear un SUMMARY donde se registrará mensual el conteo de seguimiento.- Llenar eSign/ documentos necesarios de acuerdo a los procedimientos de una manera clara y correcta."- Mantener el orden y la limpieza en su área de trabajo y de Ciclocuentos, como por ejemplo; computadoras identificadas, escaners identificados, cableado ruteado, etc." Proporcionar entrenamiento a personal de nuevo ingreso. ( en caso de nuevos Ciclocuentos)."" Establecer acciones de contención junto con los demas departamentos y confirmar que son funcionales.- Lanzar Reconteos/ Ajustes.- Notificar a Supervisor(a) de Produccion sobre discrepancias mediante eSign's en componentes para que se realice contencion de material y verificacion tomando acciones de seguimiento."**Qualifications**:Preparatoria Terminada, Inglés Basico.Experiência de 2 años en Compras, Programación de producción, Control de inventario, Supervisor de Almacén o disciplinas afines. Conocimiento de MRP. Conocimiento de SAP, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access. Orientado al sistema.
