Como Supervisor en Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad (EHS), serás responsable de desarrollar, implementar y mantener programas y políticas de EHS que aseguren un entorno de trabajo seguro y saludable y cumplan con todas las normativas y leyes aplicables. Tu objetivo principal será minimizar riesgos, garantizar el cumplimiento regulatorio y promover una cultura de seguridad dentro de la empresa.**Responsabilidades**:- **Cumplimiento Regulatorio**:- Asegurar el cumplimiento con todas las leyes y regulaciones locales, estatales y federales relacionadas con el medio ambiente, la salud y la seguridad.- **Desarrollo de Políticas y Procedimientos**:- Diseñar, implementar y revisar políticas y procedimientos de EHS.- Asegurar la integración de las prácticas de EHS en todas las operaciones y procesos de la empresa.- **Capacitación y Concienciación**:- Desarrollar y ofrecer programas de capacitación sobre seguridad, salud y medio ambiente para todos los empleados.- Promover la conciencia sobre prácticas seguras y sostenibles en toda la organización.- **Auditorías e Inspecciones**:- Realizar auditorías y evaluaciones de riesgos periódicas.- **Gestión de Incidentes**:- Investigar incidentes y accidentes para determinar causas raíz y desarrollar estrategias de prevención.- Documentar y reportar incidentes de manera oportuna y conforme a las regulaciones aplicables.- **Monitoreo y Reportes**:- Monitorear y evaluar el desempeño en EHS mediante la recopilación y análisis de datos.- Preparar y presentar informes de cumplimiento, desempeño y mejoras a la dirección.- **Requisitos**:- **Educación**: Título universitario en Ingeniería Ambiental, Seguridad Industrial, Salud Ocupacional, o campo relacionado.- **Experiência**: Mínimo 3 años de experiência en un rol de EHS.- **Conocimientos**: Conocimiento profundo de las regulaciones de EHS y las mejores prácticas.- **Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo competitivo.- Prestaciones de ley.- SGMM.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
