You just found it.**Job Purpose**:Managing guidelines and defining commercial strategies. Understanding the Bioprocess market, the segments comprising it and the customers’ profiles; aligning the sales programs and the zone planning in order to achieve the sales objectives set forth in terms of amounts, volume, products and/or customers. For Latam**Functions**:Designing, structuring and developing sales plans, in addition to customer loyalty programs along with the sales force, “sales support”, distributors, and in alliance with the commercial channel of the region. Planning strategic commercial actions in order to achieve predetermined sales objectives, in accordance with Getinge Group’s and Compliance’s policies.**Main functions and responsibilities**:- Providing strategic support to the distributors and the customers through visits and meetings.- Contacting and establishing regular commercial relationships with customers in order to strengthen ties.- Acting as a communication channel within the company for the customers, to solve doubts and ensure the best possible targeted service and make the company the preferred option for businesses in the market;- Participating in events, exhibitions and congresses to achieve the customers’ loyalty and developing relationships with potential customers;- Knowing the customers’ needs and align them to the company sales strategy;- Preparing the sales and projects reports and communicate them internally to the management;- Ensuring the distributors’ sales representatives have training related to the marketed products;- Assessing the personnel under their charge to check the operation, skills and competencies developed.- Analyzing and monitor the customer satisfaction levels in order to perform improvements in the processes;- Fulfilling the procedures, rules, values and policies set forth by the global and national levels of Getinge Group;- Other assigned activities inherent to the nature of the position. Working commercial level strategies along with the line distributors in order to provide support;- Creating and maintaining an environment of interaction with the target public to stimulate their opinion regarding the line products, thus implanting improvements in accordance with their needs;- Monitoring the line’s participation in the market, accompanying its performance and competency;- Defining and staying up to date about the products available in the portfolio;- Advising the operation and technical services teams on affairs relevant to the line;- Conducting meetings for the assessment and collection of area indicators, while approving the increase of performance, the cost retention and the high profitability along with the parties involved;- Supporting the financial sector in the collections from customers and other sales information;- Taking part and act in the anticipation plans;- Supporting the management of various sector activities / projects, by committing and adding value;- Aiding in the translation of documents about the line that come from the factories; on the line;- Preparing commercial proposals;- Assessing the company’s participation in Direct proposals and aiding Sales Support in the adaptation and sending of commercial proposals;- Preparing and sending to the financial sector / controlling the sales reports of the line products;- Establishing goals for distributors in order to achieve the set forth sales objectives;- Selection and assessment of distributors.**Education and requirements**:Professional in areas such as Business Administration, Industrial, Electronic or Bioengineering, among others.**Previous background and Job experience**:At least 5-7 years of experience in related positions and companies of similar size and complexity, desirably in the Life Science or pharmaceutical and/or health sector production. Experience in equipment sales (long cycle, tender process) Experience in Distribution Management**Knowledge and experience in**:Knowledge in the Life Science or pharmaceutical and/or health sector, as well as in the administrative or operation areas is required. Full knowledge of the geographical area under their charge, broad proven experience at all levels in the contact of different customers of the region.
