Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory incl. sales in excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Support internal customer service inquiries. Sets inventory parameters, inventory targets, and ensure adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.**Your responsibilities**:- Purchasing materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms, negotiating with main suppliers and periodically renewing price lists, terms and conditions.- Initiating purchase orders according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures.- Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues.- Identifying and qualifying new suppliers together with supplier quality and engineering specialists.- Aligning supplier orders with customer requirements in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering, International Business, Administration or similar.- 5 years of experience working in similar position.- Knowledge in indirect material purchasing.- Experience in account control for invoice payment and budget management.- Knowledge of maximums and minimums.- Project budget management for indirect material purchases.- Knowledge in SAP and Power BI.- Advanced level of English.**More about us**:
