As PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER MANAGER, you will ensure the design and effective execution of the Process Safety strategy.Ensure the execution and compliance with the Mexican Regulations, as well as the corporate policies and strategies on Process Safety in PPG always oriented to the protection, physical integrity and health of workers, including associates, contractors, customers, suppliers and community, as well as the facilities, company property and reputation of the company.**Key Responsibilities**- Develop efficient strategies focused on improving the PSM culture in the organization.- Ensure efficient compliance with PHA's Mexico program.- Ensure that all employees comply with PSM training in a timely manner to reduce the potential for unsafe actions according to established standards and procedures.- Lead and ensure compliance of PHA's revalidations according to PPG requirements and applicable Process Safety Management standards.- Lead PSM audits for the different locations where PPG operates.- Accurate, current and updated PSM procedures in each location where PPG operates.**Qualifications**- A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is required.- 5 years working in Chemical Industry and experience leading PHA's.- Technical Knowledge: Mexican Legislation on PSM.
