Su función y responsabilidades

Como pasante de IBM, trabajará con las últimas tecnologías y colaborará con los miembros del equipo para crear un impacto real para nuestros clientes y el resto del mundo. Tendrá la oportunidad de presentar ideas innovadoras, aprovechar sus habilidades, desarrollar y aprender nuevas habilidades que respaldarán su crecimiento profesional. Durante tu pasantía tendrás la oportunidad de:

  • Trabajar junto a una comunidad global de más de 6.000 pasantes de IBM y conocer a otros empleados de IBM durante eventos de networking, eventos especiales y actividades de desarrollo profesional.
  • Aumentar sus habilidades a través de una combinación de plataformas educativas y orientación profesional de su gerente, entrenador y mentor.
  • Conocer la industria de un cliente, enfrentar nuevos desafíos y aprender cómo se cruzan su negocio y su tecnología.
