What are we looking for? We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to help our client continue growing as a leader in the FinTech and venture investment space. In this role, you would take ownership of translating design systems into scalable and clean React components, collaborate closely with designers and backend developers, and contribute to building intuitive, responsive, and elegant user experiences across platforms. This is a hands‑on, creative, and highly collaborative role ideal for someone passionate about modern UI / UX practices and frontend excellence. What's unique about this job? Their solution empowers founders to showcase traction, build networks, and access funding opportunities beyond traditional venture capital paths. They are currently operating from WeWork Reforma and plan to move soon to a new office in Polanco, maintaining a strong in‑person culture centered on innovation, trust, and product excellence. Here are some of the exciting day‑to‑day challenges you will face in this role : Build modern, scalable React components using functional components, hooks, and utility‑first CSS frameworks. Translate Figma design files into responsive, accessible, and production‑ready code. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to iterate on features and user flows. Ensure cross‑browser and cross‑device compatibility with a mobile‑first approach. Contribute to the continuous development of the design system and UI documentation. Integrate RESTful APIs into dynamic user interfaces. You will shine if you have these skills : 3-5+ years of experience in frontend development and UI / UX design. Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and SCSS. Proficiency working with Figma design systems, prototyping, and component libraries. Experience with responsive and mobile‑first design, cross‑browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices. Familiarity with CSS‑in‑JS tools like styled‑components and headless UI frameworks. Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code and contribute to scalable frontend architectures. It doesn't hurt if you also have : Experience working in fast‑paced startups or high‑growth environments. Interest in the FinTech space or previous exposure to investor / startup platforms.
