The Marketing Solutions Lead provides commercial and marketing leadership and oversight for immunology. Analyse and use monitoring data to feedback and propose strategic planning/tactics adjustment, translate strategy to implementation tactics, communicate clearly and allocate resources to cross functional team members and per specific market. Maintains a high level of disease and product knowledge.**Key Activities**:Implement and develops strategies and tactics designed to help HCPs match the right product/solution to the right patientWorks with Catalysts and Scientific Lead/Medical Scientific Partners to design and provide training and mentoring programs to field based Healthcare Provider Partner to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to be effective in their role.Analyses market data to derive insights that drive our strategic plansManage OPEX budget associated with program development and executionWork with internal and external stakeholders/advisors to identify opportunities for UCB to further contribute to the creation of patient value.Take proactive steps to ensure that patients that receive a value solution have the best possible experience.Ensures Operational Compliance to the highest professional standards.Ensures optimal patient experience, design and implementation of PSPsAssures commercial message alignment throughout all iPVU activities: Advisory Boards, Speaker Events, etc.**Requirements**:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Medicine, Marketing, CommunicologistExperience in process domain, highly specialized molecules, launchesAvailability of field workIntermediate/Advanced EnglishKnowledge of Office, Planner**Why work for us?**At UCB, we don’t just complete tasks, we create value.
