**Position**:**Job description**As a key member of the Logistics Team, the Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for collecting and providing critical information to facilitate the timely flow and transparency of goods for Mexico and St. Barth.**Tasks and responsibilities**- Prepare daily shipment files for freight forwarders and customs brokers for seamless importation, and update contents of shipments for Company transparency.- Proactively supervise and follow-up on shipment status solving shipping issues. Issues can relate to Fish and Wildlife / CITES, Lacey, and other PGA requirements.- Monitor team inbox promptly replying to inquiries received.- Build proformas for boutiques and departments ensuring data accuracy and support with shipping documents minimizing delays.- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on vendor KPIs.- Responsible for documents recordkeeping- Verify and process freight invoices.- Assist with claim filings.- Identify and develop best practices for process improvement.- Perform other duties as assigned.**Profile**:**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain / Logistics is preferred.- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience within international logistics/customs brokerage.- Hardworking and curious about logistics- Basic knowledge of international trade, harmonized tariff classification, import duties, incoterms.- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, verbal and written- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft excel capable of manipulating large sets of data.- Highly organized, diligent, and with excellent time management skills.- Proactive, self-motivated, and positive can-do attitude.
