**What You´ll Do...****Essentials for the role...**- Hand-on experience of working regularly with IT security policies and standards, either within AZ or another organisations.- Experience of undertaking security risk assessments across a range of areas and with a variety of stakeholders - technical and business orientated.- Process orientated and able to see the bigger picture and drive stakeholders towards working with secure methods.- Excellent communications skills and capable of understanding and empathising with how IT professional interact with Cyber Security policies, standards and processes.- Consistent record of working with stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes in the security posture.- Good awareness of IT architecture, design, configuration, and implementation.**Desirable**- Experience of security assurance and risk management, in complex environments.- Experience of working in other IT disciplines and across a range of industries and sectors.- Working knowledge of SOx & GxP compliance.- Working knowledge of delivering security standards such as NIST 800-53, ISO27001.Ours is a place to innovate, take ownership and run with it.
