To do this, we are investing in technology, and businesses focusing on micro-transit, commercial solutions for fleet customers, enhancing the vehicle ownership experience and developing the Transportation Mobility Cloud, which will host mobility-related solutions.- THE ROLE:- Communication with dealer ’s network.- Request and Shipping of warranty parts for analysis purposes.- ** Part review process management, supported by the Quality department technicians’team **Support to Quality engineers’ activities- Support and follow up to Quality department miscellaneous activities.YOUR IMPACT:- Support and follow up to Quality department miscellaneous activities.- Support to Quality engineers on warranty parts requests to dealers.- ** Creation of the monthly indicators report which will be presented at the Report Out meeting with the rest of the team and the senior management.**:- ** Monitor and follow up of the warranty parts expediting data base in order to perform International & domestic shipments from dealer´s locations or the Mexico PRC, to the Analysis centers, suppliers or plants with the top efficiency at every stage of the process.**:- ** Inventory control for warranty parts shipped to the México PRC.**:- Documentation creation for parts shipment (AWB, invoices, customs formats International & domestic)- Communication and networking with PVT from manufacturing plants from markets outside North America, to perform remote part analysis (Virtual Part reviews) of warranty parts, with the corresponding report of findings.- Control testing Audit support- Search and location for parts requested by Six Sigma Center Ford North America team or engineering teams from manufacturing plants from other regions which destination could be Asia Europe or Africa.- ** Submit 3040 formats of Non-Productive material belonging to Six Sigma Quality department for its release from Ford Locations as CSAP, GTBC. Follow the 3040 corporate procedure.**WHAT YOU’LL NEED:- ** Engineering degree: Industrial, automotive, mechatronics, mechanical (preferred)**:- Proficiency on English language- Technological tools PC managing, Microsoft Office (advanced excel), Minitab (desired).- ** Customs & logistics knowledge (desired)**:- Proactivity- Effective and assertive communication- Teamwork.- Automotive Industry interest- Time availability.
