**Responsibilities**- Confirm receipt of subpoenas and follow up with the appropriate entities.- Work across multiple platforms to conduct research and manage records.- Ensure that all documentation complies with HIPAA and relevant regulations.- Manage calendar and deadlines to prioritize urgent tasks.- Process invoices related to record retrieval.- Meet internal productivity and quality benchmarks.**Qualifications**- High school diploma or equivalent required.- 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative work, or call center.- Experience in a legal, medical, or records-related setting is preferred.- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and using tools like Google Workspace.- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and written/verbal communication.Pay: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
