Invoice to Cash Manager

This position Provides direction to the Team Lead’s to maximize revenue and cash flow through people and team leadership and driving them to successfully lead a team of Account Associates who manage the order to cash cycle (Finance and Supply Chain) and related business relationships with Kellogg.Location of the role - Querétaro, Mx - hybridReports to: KNA OTC DirectorDirect Reports: finance professionals, ITC advisorsWorks with individuals at all levels of the company, customers, GBS and finance/accounting leadership, global and service center OTC finance functions, VP’s and Director levels in the customer organization as well as in Kellogg supply chain, customer service, and sales, Other sales/brokers, EDI, IT, distribution centers, and other internal Kellogg departments.**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**- **Develop strategy** that will deliver agreed upon OTC SLA’s/metrics for region of responsibility/ customer group- **Manage team resolution of escalated supply chain, order management, and OTC finance issues** assigned that require direct contact with customers, sales, and other internal departments.- ** Facilitate OTC problem resolution**:- **Manage team collection efforts** that will drive down aged receivables and improve collection effectiveness- ** Actively participate in sales trade strategy discussions** with high levels of leadership to develop partnership that will deliver metric achievement and improve process integrity.- ** Develop a high performance work team****YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**- Bachelor’s Degree- Managerial experience preferably leading team leaders- Customer relationship management experience- Computer skills, including experience with ERP systems, MS Office- Deep analytical and problem solving skills- Strong knowledge of collections, deductions, and/or customer service preferred**WHAT’S NEXT**This role takes part in **Locate for Your Day**, Kellogg’s hybrid way of working that empowers office-based employees to, in partnership with their managers, find a balance between working from home and the office.**ABOUT KELLOGG COMPANY**Kellogg Company is a multibillion-dollar company with over 30 thousand employees all over the globe.
