At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:LATAM MBS Opex Direct Cost Analyst will play a key role direct profit planning, reporting and control. This role is responsible for providing aan Opex world class Global Business Service (GBS) for Brazil. Responsible of elaborating Opex analysis, actuals understanding and forecasting across the region with special focus on inflation, productivity and functional initiatives. Interact with MU operation team and FP&A, deliver accurate information to lead decision making process and ensure Opex Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment.**ACCOUNTABILIES**:- Deliver and excellent service to GBS Finance clients according to SLA’s responsible of commodities inflation and yields alignment productivity teams.- Quickly develop an understanding of different OU financial objectives and commercial plans to effectively play a key role as a business partner.- Align with procurement finance team commodities inflation and generate inflation impact for Brazil countries..- Elaborate with control actuals analysis, identify risk and opportunities.- Coordinate the bottom up Opex AOP process, monthly closure and forecast to identify gaps and propose to GBS leader corrective measures understanding market conditions, inflations and having business insights- Generate FX sensibilitiesQualifications:- Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration- Computer literate - Advanced Excel, Power Point, Access- Language: Spanish / English fluent, Portuguese preferred
