We help some of the largest and most exciting companies globally to modernize their networks to meet the demands of a digital future.The **Sales Operations Analyst** develops, implements, and utilizes processes and tools to enable the renewal sales lifecycle that will drive revenue opportunity and pipeline management.**_ How you'll make your mark:_**- Functions as the primary liaison between renewal sales and our operations data team to help resolve data / entitlement issues that are impacting renewal sales.- Builds data reports for the renewal sales team in advance to help them initiate a renewal sales engagement- Leads escalation issues that are data related and drives them to closure for the renewal sales team- Communicates data and issue analysis to stakeholders- Provides tangible feedback and proposes changes to sales processes and policies to improve efficiency and minimize risk of failures.- Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members**_ About you:_**- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent- 4 years of Sales experience; designing / implementing policies, processes, and tools to provide operations support for sales activities and customer interaction- Strong analytical, statistics and problem-solving skills- Use forecasting and planning methodologies to develop guidance for deploying sales and operational resources and- Communicate sales operations plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levelsJoin us and make your markWe offer:- A competitive salary and extensive social benefits- Diverse and dynamic work environment- Work-life balance and support for career development- An amazing life inside the element Want to know more about it?HPE is an Equal Employment Opportunity/ Veterans/Disabled/LGBT and Affirmative Action employer.
