Are you ready to be part of an outstanding team?As an Associate Tech Support Specialist in our team, you will deliver an extraordinary support experience with a focus on high user happiness to approx. 3,500 colleagues across Americas, both onsite and remotely.Core Responsibilities- Work closely with the Global IT Service Desk and provide second line support- Tackle Incidents. Diagnosing software and hardware issues when appropriate and fixing them as quickly as possible.- Complete Project tasks- Perform administrative tasks, such as Hardware ordering and deliveries as well as Day-to-day administration of IT hardware and meeting room technology.- Training users on LEGO IT Policies and Technologies- Take ownership for the appropriate integration and / or implementation of the principles, legal requirements, standards and other applicable to Global End-User Support Department of the Environment Policy and the Occupational Health & Safety Guidelines and to follow the rules within LEGO Group.Play your part in our team succeedingWe have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Associate Tech Service Specialist to join our End-User Support Team. Working as part of a Global Support Organisation this role will be based in the MX primarily supporting our factory in LOM.Do you have what it takes?- IT Bachelor’s degree- 2-3 years of experience working on IT Support environment- Ability to work well independently and with a team. Including remote team members.- Valuable orientation- Customer focused- Experience in deploying (PXE) PC images- Very good communication skills to work with collaborators, vendors and end-users- Ability to see tasks through to their conclusion- Data Analysis- Broad general knowledge of IT- PC/Mac fix- Printer support- Audio and Video equipment support- Windows operating systems, Office 365- Knowledge of ITIL processes:- Incident management- Service Request management- Agile methodology knowledge- Knowledge in IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow- Hardworking, curious and brave to experiment and learn.Join the global LEGO® teamWhat’s in it for you?
