**Vacante para la empresa Julius 2 Grow en Monterrey, Nuevo León**:**The Opportunity**We're seeking a detail-oriented Finance Operations Admin to support our growing portfolioof Repeatable Revenue Agreements. You'll work closely with our Head of Investments tomanage our portfolio operations, deal execution, and capital tracking processes. This roleoffers unique exposure to alternative financing structures and the opportunity to buildoperational systems from the ground up.**Responsibilities**1. Portfolio Operationsa. Drive monthly investment servicing, including revenue reads and paymentcollectionsb. Process investor distributions and maintain accurate recordsc. Support portfolio performance reviews and reportingd. Identify trends and insights across the portfolio2. Deal Execution Assistancea. Create and manage documentation for new investmentsb. Track signatures and maintain organized document repositoriesc. Support the development of deal marketing materialsd. Ensure smooth transaction processes from term sheet to funding3. Capital Administrationa. Track capital calls and transactionsb. Assist with account reconciliation and managementc. Maintain accurate financial recordsd.
