SummaryThe Assistant Engineering Manager is responsible all maintenance operations, ensuring that the physical condition of the property is maintained according to Hyatt operating and safety and optimum guest standards. The incumbent will manage all engineering operations for the facilities property including electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, heating/cooling, structural, and grounds care. He/she is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned. He/she is also responsible for performing the job in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs and energy conservation. They would be responsible for maintaining all regulatory requirements.**Qualifications**:**PREREQUISITES**:Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering with positive attitude, Good communication skills and Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.**EDUCATION**:Bachelor or science, Diploma or college degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or Civil engineering preferred.**EXPERIENCE**:Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience and 3 years supervisory or manager experience in engineering hotel department.
