Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Eaton Early Talent Leadership Development Program - Finance. What you’ll do: We make what matters work. What sets our Early Talent Programs apart: Each individual’s development experience is customized to help participants reach their potential; no two participants will have the same experience or set of responsibilities. They have opportunities to build their skills and try on different roles early in their career, ultimately maximizing their potential for consideration for a variety of future roles. By keeping our programs small and selective, we are able to make hiring decisions based on each candidate’s unique skill set and high potential. Position Overview: The Eaton Leadership Development Program Finance & Accounting is a two-year program that involves 3 assignments in an Eaton facility that each last 12 months. FP&L (Financial Planning& Analysis)- 1 year Operations Finance Rotation- 6 months Specialty Rotation (Controllership, internal audit, Global Finance Accounting or Taxes)- 6 months In an effort to maximize your development, each assignment has the potential to have you placed in different facilities, different businesses, and/or different functions during the length of your program. Your assignments will give you multiple opportunities to hone your leadership skills. You will also have the opportunity to interact with and present to Eaton leaders during your assignments. After completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills could qualify you for roles such as Financial Analyst, Cost Accountant or Auditor. Qualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance or similar from an accredited institution, with a graduation date no more than 2 years ago and general average of 8.0 or higher Geographical flexibility to relocate Ability to speak a second language fluenty (English) Having performed an extracurricular activity at the same time as the professional career: sports, job experience, academic exchange or others. Demonstrated ability to lead others within campus and/or community Preferred Qualifications: At least 6 months of prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing setting We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
