By uniting unique high-end technologies across the full digital continuum with 47,000 world-class talents, Eviden expands the possibilities of data and technology, now and for generations to come.**Job Title**:**Sr. Project Manager****Language**:**English****Location**:**Remote****Experience****10 - 12 years****Travel Required**:**No**Description: Eviden is seeking an experienced, dynamic individual who will support the client’s mission to support the collective pursuit of empowering our providers with innovative technologies, standardized care models, and superior service that enables patient-centered care.This position reports within a formalized Program Management Office (PMO) focused on the timely, high-quality delivery of strategic, IT-related initiatives that directly support patient care.This person will work with senior leadership, key physicians, and stakeholders throughout the organization and must have strong interpersonal and communications skills.**Must Have Requirements**- PMP Certification- End to end project management experience.- Familiarity with health care organization operational structure and clinical/non-clinical user groups.- Understanding of Electronic Health Record utilization and support across various areas.- Epic EHR project experience- PM needs to work in Central Time Zone (Local Texas Time Zone)- Epic Certification (Preferred but not necessary)**Primary Responsibilities**- Leads large, cross-functional project teams using the organization’s project management tools and methodology standards.- Develops and manages core project management deliverables including detailed project schedules, resource plans, risk management plans, change control processes, issue logs and communication plans.- Communicates clear and concise status reporting for executive management and other key project stakeholders, including direct communications with project sponsors and steering committees.- Provides strong problem solving and collaboration skills to detect opportunities and challenges early, then collaborate with teams and individuals to identify and implement effective action plans.- Escalates critical issues, changes, problems or delays to the project sponsor and executive management.- Ensures assigned projects are completed on time, within budget and to mutually agreed-upon customer specifications.- Provides coaching and mentoring to junior or peer project managers on tools, methodology and best practices.- Proven leadership skills, making decisions critical to organizational success and developing long-term strategic relationships with internal and external customers.- Proven PMO management at a high level and in a wide variety of contexts; experience with healthcare projects is a plus.- Proven track record of collaborative working across service lines.- Experience in managing the needs and perspectives of a team and all stakeholders, recognizing the contributions of others by providing regular feedback, supporting people to develop and grow and enabling the overall enjoyment of work.- Understands project management fundamentals and business management systems.- Proven expert in workforce management from a supply and customer perspective.- Proven experience in demonstrating effective communication, both orally and in writing with colleagues and customers at all levels, both formally and informally.- Proven ability in preparing all documentation for delivery assurance reviews and Quality audits.- Proven ability in managing and recognizing risk and issues when working on a project.**Core Competencies**:- Communication and teamwork- Team and individual leadership- Risk planning and management- Negotiating and influencing- Organization and planning- Problem solving Education and Experience- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in one of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Information Management, Healthcare Information Technology, or related field.- Requires current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.- Master user of Project Management Tools (e.g. Service Now, SharePoint)**Created / Last Updated By**:**Krystell Tonche****Date**:**August 28, 2024****Let’s grow together.
