_**Job Description**_- **Responsabilities and Duties**_- Build and report on monthly hiring plans- Create and publish job ads in the different recruitment sources availbles.- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees- Track recruitment metrics including, recruitment effectiveness, time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire New Hired Success- Host and participate in job fairs- **Requiremets or Knowledge**:_- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role- Experience with recruitment sources (internet, social media, internal program etc)- Strong interpersonal skills- Good written and verbal communications skills- Understanding of Microsoft products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)- Willing to work in the officeTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: A partir de $12,000.00 al mesHorario:- Incluye días feriados- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento gratuito- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dental- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Tienes disponibilidad de trabajar en oficinas?
