**Job Summary**:We are seeking a skilled **Network Engineer** with **3 to 5 years of experience** to maintain and optimize our network infrastructure. This role involves performing software upgrades, device reboots, and addressing routine on-call issues to ensure the stability and performance of our network systems.**Key Responsibilities**:- Perform regular network maintenance tasks, including software upgrades and device reboots.- Monitor network performance and proactively troubleshoot issues.- Respond to routine on-call incidents and provide timely resolutions.- Collaborate with IT team members to implement network improvements and upgrades.- Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining appropriate safeguards.- Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance activities.- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and other departments.- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain optimal network performance.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- **3 to 5 years of proven experience** as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.- Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software.- Hands-on experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Availability for on-call support and flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when needed.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Bebidas gratis- Descuento de gimnasio- Días por enfermedad- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Horarios flexibles- Opción a contrato indefinido- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de la vista- Seguro dental- Servicio de gimnasio- Trabajo desde casa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
