Importante empresa constructora con 45 años en el mercadoSolicita**Project Manager****Perfil requerido**:- Licenciatura en Arquitectura, Ingeniería Civil o afín.- Deseable maestría- Experiência en Pre-construcción 10 años- Conocimiento y aplicación de metodología PMI- Certificado PMP (deseable)- Maestría afín (deseable)- Idioma Inglés intermedio -técnico- Conocimiento y manejo de Submittals, control de proyectos, RFI, ordenes de cambio- Conocimientos técnicos de construcción en edificación de alta gama: Estructuras de concreto y metálica, acabados, instalaciones, carpinterías y cancelerías**Principales Actividades**- Encargado de coordinar, administrar, dirigir y supervisar el proyecto end to end- Manejo y gestión del equipo de trabajo( superintendente de obra, residentes de obra, safety Supervisors y quality controls)- Trato directo con proveedores y clientes (contratos, pagos)- Manejo técnica relevante en construcción y especificaciones de alta calidad en proyectos del rango de 90 mdd.- Desarrollo y control de proyecto en:- Reportes de avances- Desviaciones- Costos- Programación- Manejo de personal propio y de subcontratistas- Atención al cliente- Dominio de MS Project, REVIT, BIM, Autocad.- Conocimientos técnicos de construcción en edificación: Estructuras de concreto y metálica, acabados, instalaciones, carpinterías y cancelerías.- Control de costos y conocimientos de precios unitarios.**Ofrecemos**:- Sueldo competitivo- Viáticos- Apoyo de renta de casa**Si quieres unirte al mejor equipo de trabajo y cuentas con los requisitos**, **Postúlate Y envía tu Cv y te estaremos contactando a la brevedad el proceso de entrevistas es vía remota**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Cuentas con certificación como PMO?- La zona de trabajo es en Queretaro, radicas aquí? o tienes alguna inconveniente en moverte a esta ciudad?- A manera general cuéntame acerca de tu experiência como PMO con empresas AAAExperiência:- Construcción y edificación AAA: 10 años (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
