**Role Overview**The Technical Account Manager (TAM) ensures clients' successful onboarding, integration, and support using Onebeat’s inventory optimization solution. This hands-on, technical role bridges client engagement with data and system expertise, requiring coding proficiency and strong communication skills.**Key Responsibilities**- ** Client Collaboration**:- Partner with clients to define and document their data integration needs.- Educate clients on data requirements, formats, and best practices.- ** Data Integration & Validation**:- Support clients in extracting and validating data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.- Conduct detailed analysis of initial data sets, addressing discrepancies proactively.- ** Technical Configuration & Automation**:- Build and optimize SQL queries, and API requests, and configure internal tools.- Design scripts and workflows to automate routine data extraction processes.- ** Pre-Sale & Post-Sale Support**:- Provide technical insights during pre-sales to demonstrate how Onebeat’s solutions align with client needs.- Deliver ongoing support to ensure successful solution implementation and adoption.**Requirements**:**Tech Skills & Qualifications**- 4+ years in technical roles like TAM, Data Analyst, or Developer.- Proficiency in SQL, scripting (Python/ Ruby), and data processing.- Familiarity with YAML, JSON, ERPs, databases, and ETL data pipelines.- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.- Fluent in Spanish and English**Soft skills**:- 3+ years in client-facing roles providing technical support, consultancy, or account management.- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders effectively.- Team player and can-do attitude
