This role requires expertise in Quickbooks, proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, and a strong understanding of financial analysis.**Responsibilities will include**:- Managing accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling accounts.- Utilizing Quickbooks and other software for daily accounting tasks.- Generating customized financial reports and analyzing key performance indicators.- Handling collections and ensuring timely payments from clients.- Collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and data.- Providing support during audits and financial reviews.- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).- Extensive experience (5+ years) in accounting roles, with a strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.- Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), and other accounting software.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate insights.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Experience with collections and managing billing processes is a plus.**Benefits**: We offer a dynamic work environment that values teamwork and professional development.
