At Citi, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your career, give back to your community and make a real impact.**Job Overview**:**Responsibilities**:- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with various backend systems.- Work with MongoDB and Oracle databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.- Collaborate with other developers, testers, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Java development.**Required Skills**:- 12-15 years of experience in Java/JEE development, including strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.- Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs.- Experience with both relational databases (Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).- Hands-on experience with Angular for front-end development.- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and cloud platforms (OpenShift/Cloud Foundry/AWS/Azure/GCP).- Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.- Familiarity with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.**Nice to Have Skills**:- Experience with orchestration tools like IBMPAM etc.- Experience with Active MQ, Apache Kafka or other messaging systems.- Experience with JSP, DWR, Struts 2.X, AJAX (_While these are older technologies, mentioning them acknowledges the existing codebase and the potential need for maintenance_).**Qualifications**:- 10+ years of relevant experience- Experience in management- Experience managing global technology teams- Working knowledge of industry practices and standards- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience- Master’s degree preferred**Job Family Group**:Technology- **Job Family**:Applications Development- **Time Type**:Full time- **Most Relevant Skills**Please see the requirements listed above.- **Other Relevant Skills**For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter.- View Citi’s _EEO Policy Statement_ and the _Know Your Rights_ poster._
