Your role will focus on enabling successful project delivery by aligning stakeholders, gathering requirements, and providing clear insights into business processes.**Your main responsibilities will be to**- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, clarify goals, and address stakeholder concerns.- Analyze business processes and identify areas for optimization and improvement.- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories.- Collaborate with technical teams, designers, and project managers to ensure that solutions meet business goals.- Document workflows, process maps, and functional specifications clearly and concisely.- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends or anomalies.- Provide ongoing support during project implementation to ensure alignment with business requirements.- Manage change requests and ensure proper communication of updates to stakeholders.- Work closely with Quality Assurance to define test cases and support user acceptance testing (UAT).**What You Need for This Role**- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in Agile environments.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.- Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse teams.**You're Aligned With Our Values By**- Your willingness to do the right thing even when facing adversity.- Caring about the well-being of others and the world at large.- Striving to approach challenges with optimism.- Nailing the fundamentals while sweating the details.- Understanding the importance of teamwork and actively contributing to group improvement.**What We Offer**- Stimulating working environments.- Unique career path.- International mobility.- Internal R&D projects.- Knowledge sharing.- Personalized training.- Entrepreneurship & intrapreneurship.**Discover more about us**- With our PALOCast with direct testimonies from our Palowans- More on our team culture and benefits in our careers page.- PALO IT is an equal opportunity employer that values merit, qualifications, and abilities.
