We promote an inclusive culture, value different perspectives, and provide career growth and development opportunities. #WelcomeToCognizantWe have an excellent opportunity for an outstanding individual to support one of our clients as a **Workday Consultant**.**Job Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- Perform research and evaluate all functions to develop efficient processes and ensure compliance with all standards.- Perform data and code analysis, design solutions, and troubleshoot production issues.- Report errors and code defects, collaborate to prioritize fixes and validate solutions.- Participate in de-escalation plans and situation war rooms to resolve critical product issues impacting customer business operations.**Basic Qualifications**:- Experience in two or more Oracle EBS Support/Rollouts/Integration Projects, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, procurement functions, and shared services teams.- Proficiency in writing PL/SQL, Oracle packages, hierarchical queries, cursors, procedures/functions, workflows, and triggers.- Ability to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and key integration points, work multi-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and understand the challenges faced by implementation teams.- Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with management and business partners.- Driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work creatively to solve challenging problems.- Multitasking ability is crucial to handle multiple priorities with mínimal direction from management.- Proven intellectual and analytical rigor, good attention to detail, team-oriented, energetic, collaborative, and flexible style.**Requirement**:- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle packages, hierarchical queries, cursors, procedures/functions, workflows, and triggers.- **Responsibilities**: Design and develop technology solutions using Oracle EBS Reports and Forms, provide technical guidance and ensure solutions are scalable and secure.- **Collaboration**: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, and support development teams throughout the project lifecycle.- **Problem-Solving**: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, conduct code reviews, and stay updated with industry trends.**Why Cognizant?**Improve your career in one of the largest and fastest-growing IT services providers worldwide.Receive ongoing support and funding with training and development plans.Have highly competitive benefits and salary packages.Get the opportunity to work for leading global companies.We are committed to respecting human rights and building a better future by helping your minds and the environment.We invest in people and their well-being.We build conditions for everyone to thrive.
