Focuses on day-to-day operations and manages relationships with internal and external customers to ensure client service needs are met.**Key Responsibilities**- Acts as main-point-of-contact with internal client for all service delivery concerns.- Resolves critical issues for clients- Acts as a team lead including providing work flow- direction to co-workers and providing account supervision.- Participate on the onboarding process in order to get a new account set up and operating quickly and efficiently.- Ensures data integrity and accuracy by performing quality control review of work completed by team members.- May provide and/or assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.- Performs other duties as assigned including PTO coverage**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university- At least 05 years of experience or 15 months working in CBRE Portfolio Services and 12 months working in CBRE Portfolio Services if the position is in the same account- Experience in property management or real estate accounting preferred- Previous supervisory experience preferred.- MBA (any area) preferred- Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products).**Why CBRE?**When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
