We provide the best service to our customers and the best product in the market.We invite you to join this great team as a: Strategic Account SpecialistMain activities:Account managers are marketing and sales professionals who work with clients and consumers to ensure that an organization meets its needs and objectives.responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.- Assist in the implementation and execution of products and services. Consult with customer to understand business issues and goals, and work with customer to develop improved solutions to business needs.
