Some of us prefer to work together in one of our offices and others prefer remote. For us, there's no difference as long as you have an excellent internet connection and are able to overlap with the team between 3 pm and 6 pm, CEST timezone. Responsibilities Collaborate, monitor, and improve the day‑to‑day running of accounting for all group companies, involving continuous communication with third‑party accountants. Complete assigned accounting activities to support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Collaborate and monitor the billing process for our clients on a monthly basis, working closely with our revenue team. Go‑to person for invoice handling, expenses approval, working closely with HR and Office mgmt teams. Requirements A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics. 3+ years of experience working in an accounting & finance‑related role or at an audit or consulting company. Experience in cross‑border and multi‑country accounting in LATAM (preferably Mexico and Brazil) – high attention to detail and methodical in how you work. Experience in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent analytical/problem‑solving skills, including financial statements analysis and accounting. Excellent spoken and written English. Nice to have Have worked at a startup before. Experience in a fintech company. Some knowledge of taxation and fiscal regulations. Experience working with accounting / ERP programs.Fluency in Portuguese.
