Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job Summary**Job Description**:The Quality Engineer will be based in Aguascalientes site this position, you will maintain quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization_._Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:- Designs and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment.- Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective action.- Continuously monitors injection molding processes; analyzes and eliminates defects. Improves injection molding processes using lean tools and statistical data analysis.- Study and recommend techniques to improve existing products and processes.Here is some of what you’ll need (required):- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.- Demonstrated degree terminated only- Working knowledge of manufacturing batch records.- Demonstrate advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills..- Ability to diagnose problems and recommend solutions in assigned area.- Basic understanding of manufacturing protocols, statistical tools and methodology, and continuous improvement techniques preferred.Here are a few of our preferred experiences:- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering or similar- English Advanced- ProactiveHere are a few examples of what you’ll get for the great work you provide:- Pantry vouchers- Saving Fund- Christmas bonus- Holiday bonus- Medical Insurance- Life InsuranceJob CategoryQuality
