**Responsibilities**In this role, you will:- Use collaborative design activities (e.g. basic prototyping) to understand vision, business model and assumptions and tacit knowledge about user needs and behaviors.- Ask questions appropriate to translating an abstract problem for identifying solutions.- Capture specific information from the audience and validates it back to them for acceptance.- Participate in user research to understand user needs, mental models and working contexts- Synthesize output of stakeholder research & create visualizations that effectively summarize key insights related to user and customer needs and behaviors to UX leadership, product management and development teams.- Lead and influence business-wide discussions relative to current user experience projects and the future direction of design and user experience- Develop knowledge of industrial business domains, products, key processes, suppliers, customers, and market/competitors.- Support research and evaluation of emerging design, technology, industry, and market trend- Support usability activities with workflows and prototypes.- Use usability test data to support design decision making and solutions.- Guide effective documentation and communication of design - via wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user stories**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Design with advanced experience.- Able to legally work in Mexico. This position can work remotely within Mexico.- Fluent in English and Spanish with proper written grammar and communication skills.- Skilled with wireframe tools, hand drawing and visual communication, and interactive prototyping tools (Figma, XD).- Portfolio (online and/or shareable) of demonstrable work is required.Desired expertise- Demonstrates strong understanding of Agile / Lean UX methods- Ability to use generative techniques (sketching, brainstorming, etc.) to establish a variety of possible design decisions and decision scenarios.- Strong self-management skills including ability to take responsibility for actions.- Experience running design sessions with a variety of techniques- Ability to initiate and grow team collaboration and partnerships.- Positive work ethic and attitude with time-based deliverables and deadlines.Business- Ability to actively cultivate an understanding of how individual people and things fit within larger structures (like systems or organizations), as well as the relationships between parts of a system and the system.- Ability to map industry trends to internal vision and bring related suggestions to the team.Leadership- Understands the value of a rigorous, collaborative, and transparent decision-making.- Ability to express UX and design concepts to collaborators on cross functional teams.- Demonstrates the ability to extract and communicate how customer groups are thinking and feeling.- Ability to make decisions and take actions appropriately when all available information may not be possible to obtain.- Demonstrates sensitivity to key cultural issues.LI-ES**Additional Information**:**Relocation Assistance Provided**:NoLI-Remote - This is a remote position
