Aon is looking for an Accounting Senior Analyst - MexicoGL Analyst is responsible to perform accounting activities to support Canada and Caribbean countries.Responsabilities:The parameters of this role at North America Support team include but are not limited to:- Supervise and manage Banking Module maintenance- Supervise and manage Business Asset Module Maintenance- Coach and develop GL team- Supervise reconciliation of BMG Payments- Create the working plan every month for the team along with the manager- Supervise and perform quality self-assessments- Prepare metrics- Prepare, Review and post journal entries- Prepare High risk and complex account reconciliations- Review account reconciliations- Resolution & Escalation of reconciling items- Participate on Global/Regional Projects and Transitions**Skills**:- High level of accuracy and attention to detail- Flexibility, and adaptability- Ability to be able to quickly learn processes- Ability to work across organizations, time zones, and functions- Demonstrated drive and initiative.- Commitment, engagement and positive attitude- Strong sense of ownership and accountability- Desire for continuous improvement**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting- High sense of customer service.- Proven excellent English skills both written and oral fluent.
