**Location**: Juarez, Mexico**Opportunity**Under the leadership of the Sr. Manager - Supply Planning Metals, Glass and Vikrell, the Staff Project Leader - Supply Chain Alignment is for the deployment of a successful link between key sub-functions of supply chain such as supply planning, supply chain alignment, customer service and operations for the Vikrell business in North America.**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES****Communication**- In-depth Customer communication for order status (pull ahead, delay root causing)- Tool outages review & communication- Relays allocation/order changes to Supply Chain Alignment**Reporting Tasks**- Creates and sends manual dashboards to Sales team. Finalizes Power BI automation of this and supports Sales team’s questions- Communicate issues/changes needed in Power BI tool to Advanced Analytics team- Weekly open orders & daily shipment reports-automate eventually- Weekly Winshuttle for correctly dating last week’s orders-automate eventually- Weekly marketing request Winshuttles- Create process for daily order date request changes**Analysis**- Monitors customer allocation adherence & communicates with Sales team and Supply Chain Alignment team (when applicable)- Retail vs wholesale- Trends in wholesale (who is over ordering for example)- Execute order pull in’s & backlog opportunity (coordinate with Marketing)- Owns recommending where new available allocation could go based on open orders- Owns recommending allocation swaps based on allocation utilization**Other**- Supports Plant agile team/project support- Supports Vikrell expansion project plan- Support Vikrell expansion order management transition- Continuous Improvement efforts (create less order touches, etc.)- Participates in and contributes to weekly S&OP calls- Participates in daily PH shipping/planning calls**Skills/Requirements**Minimum of six years professional experience is required. In particular in Supply Chain function of customer service in manufacturing environments.Undergraduate degree in supply chain/procurement management, business management or industrial engineering is preferred,Experience in at least 2 different functional Supply Chain sub-areas is preferred.Strong analytical skills required.Strong verbal and written communication skills required.Ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple requests required.**Why Work at Kohler Co.?**Kohler Co.'s mission is to contribute to a higher level of gracious living for those who are touched by our products and services.
