**Resumen de Posición**:Quality assurance managers help companies establish quality regulations for products and processes. They must analyze data to develop plans to recruit, motivate, and encourage employees as they strive to improve processes and product quality.**Responsabilidades Esenciales**:Full time position with responsibilities for quality control, quality management system, performance testing laboratory and warranties.Design, implement and improve the quality standards of the company.Analyze data to find growth areas.Assist in the hiring process.Train, motivate, coach and correct employees to ensure standards are met.Create reports to track progress.Formulate strategies to increase productivity.Review processes to ensure they align with current trends.Understand customer expectations and needs for a product.Analyze warranty claims and provide a suitable solution to the customer.Developing quality control processes.Staff supervision and monitoring of production standards.Examine the quality of raw materials used in production.Monitoring and evaluation of internal production processes.Evaluate the final performance of the products to determine their quality.Rejection of products that do not meet quality standards.Engage with customers and collect product feedback.Preparation of statistical reports on quality standards.Report to senior management on quality standards issues.Evaluation of product recalls.Improvement of process efficiency and waste management**Requisitos del Puesto**:**EDUCATION**: Bachelor of Engineering or similarCREDENTIALS OR CERTIFICATIONS: Quality Engineer CertificationISO requirements qualificationEXPERIENCE: 5 years of experience in supervisory and quality positions.SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: Excellent attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication.Data analysis and statistical aptitude.Good interpersonal skills.Very conscientious and diligent.Advanced knowledge of metrology90% English (written and spoken)Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
