What you’ll be doing: Develop well-designed, testable, and scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern frameworks. Explore and integrate AI tools to streamline development and improve user engagement. Work in an agile environment to deliver new features and optimize existing experiences at speed and scale. Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers. Write and maintain unit tests and automated test suites to ensure code quality and reliability. Keep up with the latest trends in frontend engineering , design patterns , and AI-driven development . What you bring to this role: 5+ years building complex, high-performing web applications Deep expertise in React and JavaScript ES6/TypeScript Solid understanding of web performance, accessibility, and security best practices Proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and testable code Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills Excellent collaboration and communication abilities Bonus points for: UX/UI design sensibilities Functional programming experience Hands‑on exposure to AI development tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar What is in it for you: Joining CSC Generation isn’t just about having a seat at the table—it’s about helping redesign the table entirely.
