**Requirements**:**Responsibilities**:- Provide asset management support and financial analysis: annual business plans, valuation models, leasing analysis, investment performance monitoring, debt risk evaluation, recapitalizations, and disposition support.- Continuously evaluate portfolio composition and long-term investment strategy.- Support all phases of the asset lifecycle: acquisition, development, leasing, asset management, and disposition.- Analyze portfolio risk and cash flow requirements using tools like Excel and Yardi.- Draft and review lease documents and amendments.- Guide third-party property managers to optimize asset performance.- Prepare monthly reporting materials and assist with portfolio insurance management.- Coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensuring accountability during capital project execution.- Help develop internal processes and KPIs for team efficiency.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate terminology and deal structures.- Experience drafting LOIs, leases, and amendments.- Previous work with brokers, contractors, and property managers.- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including underwriting and data interpretation.- Understanding of the full real estate capital stack and risk mitigation in complex transactions.- Experience supporting business plans, leasing analyses, valuation models, and waterfall calculations.
