Global SAP Fico Specialist

Requisition ID: 31486- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is looking a** SAP FICO Specialist** to be located in Apodaca, Mx. In this position you will be responsible to ensure the correct functionality of the FICO Module (mainly General Ledger and Accounts Payable) and bring global support on this modules.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:- Understanding the business processes & requirement- Prompt reply to business user queries- Analyse the user queries and identify any changes in customization- Collaborate with multiple teams and work in the global environment- Gather Information on their current business processes and prepare a documentation- Gap Analysis-finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes.- Functional testing and Integration Testing.- Understanding of Configuration settings of G/L, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting.- Month end closing and support- Actively participate in financial systems implementation and upgrade projects through deployment, hyper-care, and post-project assessments- Responsible for administration activities in BlackLine.- Own and operate relevant controls that relate to the effective and compliant configuration and operation of BlackLine- Support with implementations and upgrades for finance and accounting systems**Background & Skills**:- Experience in SAP FICO Consultant Role (SAP FICO certified)- Working in the Support environment- Thorough Knowledge of the configuration Set up- Thorough Knowledge of SAP AR, AP, GL & Asset accounting configuration- Knowledge of the integrations with MM-FI, SD-FI, PP-FI- Knowledge of EDI/Idocs, VIM- Knowledge and experience of Month end and year end activities- One end-to-end implementation- Good Finance and Business process knowledge- Ability to Collaborate with multiple technical and business teams- Ability to embrace change and adapt quickly- Should have a structured, organized and standardised approach- Ability to complete multiple tasks against tight deadlines, able to prioritise and organise effectively- Able to cope with sustained pressure- Should possess analytical and presentation skills- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, POWER BI and PowerPoint- Prior experience of having worked and HFM will be preferred.- Strong inter-personal and verbal and written communication skills.- Experience of S4 Hana will be added advantage**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
