Sr. Cost Accounting

The Cost Accountant is responsible for executing and supporting cost control processes, Fixed Asset inventory management, and financial reporting for manufacturing operations and budgeting processes. This role ensures accurate tracking of expenses, supports monthly closing activities, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency.- A Day In The Life- This position will provide Costing and Operational support for the Plant 1 HUS site located in Juarez Mx and will report to the Cost Accountant Super Intendent. This role ensures accurate tracking of expenses, supports monthly closing activities, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency.- What will help you thrive in this role?- 4-6 years Manufacturing Accounting experience.- Experience in implementing finance and accounting best practices.- Good working knowledge of transactional accounting and internal controls | SOX.- Deep understanding of cost accounting, product costing and analysis of manufacturing variances.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems- Self-starter who can work independently and execute projects effectively.
