II/ AIM OF THE POSITION**The Manufacturing Engineering is in charge of**: Ensuring the consistency of the manufacturing file and all tools, documents and processes linked to it. Provide technical support to production line and supporting teams on all matters related to manufacturing processes.III/ MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES**The main tasks of the Manufacturing Engineering are**:Guaranteeing the consistency of the manufacturing file.Defining technical instructions linked to the manufacturing file.Ensuring a daily support of all departments (production, industrial department and program) for technical aspects,Ensuring the treatment of the Q/R (Question and Answer) realized by the production,Ensuring the optimization and improvement of the working methods and toolsROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESComply with the company's safety and environmental policies.Ensure that its employees know and comply with the company's safety and environmental policies.Ensure that employees know and follow work instructions (safe operations).Participate in activities related to safety and environment (training, talks, awareness, events, etc.).Report incidents, accidents or occupational illnesses to EHS/Supervisor.Contribute to meeting plant safety and environmental objectives.AUTHORITYReport unsafe conditions or acts to your supervisor or HR / EHS department.Suspend the operation when it may affect the integrity of the employee and/or plant.Report bad environmental practices to your superior or HR / EHS department.Application of disciplinary measures for non-compliance with safety regulations and/or bad practices that may affect the environment.CARRY OUT OTHER MISSIONS / ACTIVITIES UPON REQUEST FROM HIS/HER MANAGER(S)**REQUIREMENTS**:Engineering Bachelor's Degree.Experience in Manufacturing or similar position of at least 3 years.Advanced English Level (written and spoken).Confident with Excel and WordWork with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding solutions)Flexibility regarding the working shifts (early, day and late shift)WOULD BE GREATAerospace experience, with Aerostructures.Composites Materials experience.French Language knowledge.Knowledge of Lean proceduresKnowledge of Logistics, MRP processes and rules
