Job ID: 36304- Location: Tlajomulco, MX**SQM CAT America****Job ID**:36304**Location**:Tlajomulco**Salary Classification**:11Vitesco Technologies Strategy Direction 2030, strive and drive Zero Defect requirement to the supplier base, Implement Zero Defect Culture within the SQM organisation, ensure Best in Class "consistent and sustainable" supplier quality performance to support perfect launches and no spills**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY / TASKS**- Secure time to market and quality to market for component introduction- Implement zero defect culture in the organization- Secure time to market and quality to market for component introduction- Develop skills and competencies of the organization- Ensure all components are introduced to project schedule and Product Life Cycle (PLC) requirements- APQP Management (Advanced Product Quality Planning) at category Level (Red, Yellow, Green) in case of responsibility for component introduction incl. necessary risk mitigation measures- Deploy lessons learned / read across through the SQM Category- Close management with plants of red projects and manage actions and mitigate risks- Ensure proper escalation when needed as support to the BU/Div SQM- Supplier quality assurance along the complete process chain- Supplier release and technology release- Drive and implement prefererd supplier and component strategy- Escalation Management- Project Leader / Coach for Supplier Improvement Programs**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**- Typically, university BS/BA in related discipline ( Technician, Electronics, Electromechanical, Mechanical) or equivalent experience.- Several years of experience in different SQM / production / engineering functions- Leadership experience- Experiences in continous improvement, industrial engineering, production, escalation management- Experience in leading functional team (internal or external)- Capability to work with different cultures**Working Time**: Full time**Your Contact Partner**: Mariel SanchezVitesco Technologies is a leading international developer and manufacturer of cutting-edge drive systems for sustainable mobility.
