**About the Role**Uber is looking for a Program Specialist to support various programs within the LatAm Field Operations organization (COE & Greenlight Operations). This role supports a diverse set of projects and programs, with a prioritized focus on process improvement projects, data analysis and reporting. If you are looking to lead, drive the effectiveness, opportunities and continuous progress that enable the team to grow, develop, and cultivate an excellent company culture and move the organization forward in a significant and measurable way, this is the role for you.**What You'll Do**- Be constantly looking for improvement opportunities within the processes handled inside Field Operations (COEs & Greenlights)- Use creativity and innovation while driving process optimization projects- Create and run data through reports delivery and dashboards- Generate, provide insights and follow up on data reports and projects- Have a strong pulse on processes within the operation at Uber- Be attuned to the specific needs of Uber’s operational processes and be constantly trying to optimize them, and other periodic routines- Serve as an ambassador and role model for Uber’s Values- Thoughtfully present material to groups of 50-150 people.- Demonstrate a high level of integrity when networking and working with Senior & Executive Leaders- Build and sustain positive relationships with CommOps partners, the leadership team, and employees across all functions- Partner with CommOps, IT, People, and other teams' staff to make sure various project needs are being met- Build awareness with internal and external collaborators in understanding their impact on customer support**Basic Qualifications**- Immediate availability to work in our Brazil's COE, Costa Rica's COE, or in our Mexico City offices.- Fluent English: Minimum Score: B2- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, time management skills.- Be an outstanding problem solver who is inquiring and has a genuine interest in helping- Ability to handle and understand data, provide insights.- High energy, passion, and professionalism- Proficiency with Google Drive/Office Suite- Change adaptability**Preferred Qualifications**- Experience in running small projects or process optimization tasks- Strong project management skills (plan and complete projects with multiple work streams and dependencies) and the ability to manage tasks involving multiple businesses to meet daring deadlines- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact professionally and efficiently with internal and external partners- Superior organizational skills and impeccable follow-through on tasks, strong eye for detail.
