View our office**Maintenance Manager**:About the RoleYou will manage the inspection and maintenance of facilities, related infrastructure, electrical and mechanical equipment, and production machinery to ensure that the site runs operations without undesired disruptions and at capacity level. You will be based in Cuernavaca, Morelos and will report to the Site Operations Head.**You Will**:- Provide input to the local Operations and Site business plan and related goals with regards to production capacity, schedule of essential maintenance activities, changes in equipment or technical spare parts inventory- Adapt and implement functional strategies locally and accomplish related tactical and operational plan- Lead a team of maintenance specialists which executes maintenance activities
