Please apply, If you have the passion and drive to work in an environment where challenges are a norm, where individual brilliance is valued and goes hand in hand with team performance.Successful applicants should have/demonstrate:- Enthusiasm and passion for building next-gen enterprise apps- In-depth knowledge and experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Java, J2EE, Shell Scripts, Python- Implement and manage AI-enabled ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle AI Agents).- Good communication (English), organizational and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills- Ability to present ideas in business & user friendly language- Ability to deliver effectively in a team setting as well as independentlyExperience analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for AI integration.- Ability to work in a fast paced virtual environment that demands co-ordination across time-zones- BSC/MSC in Information Systems, Computer Science or any applied sciences related to IT.- Utilize machine learning algorithms and natural language processing to automate tasksPreferred Qualifications:- Indepth knowledge and experience with Oracle Payroll and HCM- Specific certifications in AI or ERP platforms.- Knowledge of Oracle configurations/setups for Cloud Applications, table structures and schemasSpecific functions include:We are currently seeking an experience individual implementing the HCM Applications. Expert knowledge in the HCM and Payroll implementation process is a prerequisite. Key skills desired for this role include:- Understand business requirements, scope levels of effort and develop resulting statements of work- Project planning, executing, controlling and closing of success full talent management projects on time and on budget- Develop and manage change management plans for assigned projects executed in large diverse multinational organizations- Conduct process evaluations and client workshops, process-designs and documentation of current and future state processes- Reporting/Analytics experienceAs a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.
