**General Description**:Responsible for the finance analyst function including preparing journal entries, maintaining tracking of projects, ledgers and accounts. Assisting with monthly closings and account analysis and supporting the responsibilities of the finance department**Responsibilities (In order of importance)**:- Earned Hrs/ Absorption Report (Daily Productivity Tracker).- Filing Activities.- Capex file tracker.- Freight / Sterilization cost file updates.- Monthly Accrual.- Inbound freight expense reconc vs actual imports.- Prepare analysis of accounts and account reconciliations in a monthly basis- Update of Expense request / PO vs Budget file- Support on capitalization process- KPI Metrics update- Assist in require audits- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.**Communications**:- Ability to work efficiently with individuals and groups (peers, superiors and subordinates), excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and Team work**Relationship with employees**:- Knowledge of the whole organization and interaction of each department planning ability (Medium and Long Term)**Safety and Health**:- Establish the necessary measures to comply with the information security, industrial and personal security procedures that the company establishes.**Quality Systems**:- Follow the procedures established by the Quality department and comply with the company's quality system training**Academic/ Educational Requirements**:- Education: Bachelor Degree in Accountant or Finance- Training in SAP experience required- Bilingual: Spanish - English +65%.**Experience/ Skills Required**:- 1+ years of experience in a similar position within the Medical device industry. (Desirable)**Technical Skills**:- Intermediate to advance experience in Excel: pivot tables, index, match, sumifs functions, VBA macros is a plus- Microsoft Office- SAP Finance- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as an Accountant or Finance Analyst.**Interpersonal Skills**:- Knowledge of the whole organization and interaction of each department planning ability (Medium and Long Term), efficient work control, teamwork, results orientation and high performance, Attention to detail and accuracy, planning and organizing, scheduling and monitoring, problem Solving.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
