Pangea (formerly GST AutoLeather, Inc.) is one of the world's leading suppliers of leather upholstery for automotive seats and headliners, supplying many of the world's leading original equipment manufacturers, including Toyota, Honda, Nissan, GM, Stellantis, Volkswagen, and BMW, among others.**Job Objective**:SAP PP Global Analyst is responsible for the implementation and system configuration based on business requirements, GA-AP analysis, improving processes, and looking for new opportunities/products. Organizational Responsibility for IT Systems Planning.**Requirements**:- Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, or a related field.- Advanced English- ERP Systems Implementation, specifically SAP ECC 6.0 in PP, MM, QM modules.**Implementation & Operations**:- Configuration of SAP PP, MM, QM Modules, based on business requirements.- Looking for improvement opportunities in business systems.- Assisting in testing process to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation, or user's lack of experience.- Application support and training of end users and Cooperating with Business Analysts or consultants from other sap modules.**Required education, skills, experience**:- 10 plus years of SAP implementation and support experience within a global manufacturing business.- ERP Systems Implementation, specifically SAP ECC 6.0 in PP, MM, QM modules.- IT Project leadership.- International assignment or international project experience required.- Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles.- Knowledge in project and process management skills, including demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Outstanding organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload.- Ability to implement standards and operating metrics with appropriate attention to detail.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $444,444.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
